A little bit of background
Led by Managing Director, Tony Jones, Orbit Developments was established in 1971 and is the commercial division of The Emerson Group.
Over time, Orbit Developments’ UK portfolio has amassed to over 8 million sq ft. of commercial property space. Broken down simply, this consists of 200 individual office buildings; 60 retail units, ranging from single shops to out of town retail parks and shopping centres; 40 industrial properties and 2,000 plus customers.
The success and reputation of Orbit Developments is testament to 50 years of providing high quality space as well as maintaining excellent landlord/customer relationships. This has resulted in repeat business with many of our existing tenants.
