Demand for high quality office space in Wilmslow has continuedto prove successful for Orbit Developments following the completionof eight deals totalling over 12,500 sq ft in thepast couple of months.
The deals, across Orbit’s Wilmslow office portfolio, have beenstruck with Global Graphics Software, Chameleon Communications,Talent Resources, Evolve Energy, White Stuff, TNG, Lusis Paymentsand Sky Parlour PR.
At SpringfieldHouse, Evolve Energy, the UK market leader in the provision ofenergy management solutions has taken 4,187 sq ft whilst ChameleonCommunications International has taken 4946 sq ft. In addition,Talent Resources have taken office space in the smaller, moreflexible managed office suites within Springfield House.
Leading developer of edocument and printing software company,Global Graphics Software, has expanded and taken 1,350 sq ft atBarfield House leaving one office suite of 2540 sq ft.
Cresta House is now completely let followingthe deals with White Stuff and TNG within two of the building’sflexible managed smaller office suites.
Lusis Payments, the European software and services provider tothe retail payments industry has taken Number 2 Teejay Court. WhileSky Parlour PR has expanded its operations having started thebusiness in Wilmslow town centre and have taken 441 sq ft at 3Grove Street.
