Trojan Utilities who specialise in the installation and maintenance of domestic Smart Meters throughout the UK have confirmed an office move in the New Year. Trojan have taken 8,460sq ft of office space at Stadium House based on Middlebrook’s Retail, Leisure and Business Park which is owned and managed bySouth Manchester based landlord Orbit Developments.
Whilst Stadium House will act as their headquarters base, thebusiness also has offices in Scotland, Normanton (Yorkshire), andplans to keep its other Bolton office located on LecturersClose.
Launched in 2011 by Bolton born Managing Director GarethOpenshaw, the business has grown rapidly over a short period, doubling turnover in 2013 and is set to do so again. Trojan’sbusiness model is targeted specifically for the Smart Meterindustry allowing growth within the sector boosted by thegovernment roll out in 2015.
Stadium House is a two storey building located on the renownedMiddlebrook mixed-use development offering the ideal location for athriving business with ambitious growth plans. The building benefits from excellent road and rail links and Trojan’s 10 yearlease at Stadium House secures their commitment to Bolton for theforeseeable future.
