Orbit Developments have successfully signed up three new trade counter lettings at the Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park with the new arrivals including Benchmarx Kitchens, CTD Tiles and Plumbing Depot.
James Hargreaves (Plumbing Merchants) Ltd have signed up to a 4,000 sq ft unit and will be trading as Plumbing Depot.
The Burnley based group have been trading for over 40 years and the new Plumbing Depot trade counter at Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park is one of 50 centres nationwide.

The second deal was with Benchmarx Kitchens. Established in 2006 and part of the Travis Perkins group, Benchmarx Kitchens now exceeds over 170 branches nationwide with other new stores including Liverpool, London and Nottingham. The new store at Aintree consists of 5,500 sq. ft and will provide high quality kitchens and design services exclusively to trade professionals.
Finally, CTD Tiles have signed up to a 4,000 sq ft unit and is part of The Saint Gobain group. The group are widely known in the construction industry with the Jewson brand within their portfolio.
Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park is owned by commercial property landlords and developers Orbit Developments and boasts a number of successful trade counter operators choosing the site due to the easily accessible location.
Trade brands at the park include Screwfix, Toolstation, PTS, Clifton Trade Bathrooms which sits adjacent to Aintree Racecourse.
