Acting on behalf of Orbit Developments, Knight Frank has signedup building materials’ supplier, Travis Perkins to Stanley GreenBusiness Park in Handforth, South Manchester.

Travis Perkins has agreed a ten-year lease on the 5,490 sq ftunit, which will act as a Trade Counter for the company.

Located off the A34, the Park forms part of a wider establishedbusiness location, which is home to a variety of office,industrial, trade and retail users including BASF, Topps Tiles andOcado.

Speaking about the deal, Rob Taylor, Head of Industrial atKnight Frank, commented: “This latest letting demonstrates thecontinued demand for units at this popular location, which benefitsfrom being readily accessible and having a critical mass of retailand trade occupiers.”
