Orbit has let 26,637 sqft of business space at Aintree Racecourse Business Park onOrmskirk Road in Liverpool to Toolstation,Dibro Ltd and Kier Building MaintenanceLtd.
Existing tenant Dibro Ltd has expanded itsoperation from 11,021 sq ft, taking an additional 16,693 sq ft on alease until 2016. New tenants Kier Building Maintenance Ltd andtrade counter operator Toolstation have taken 5,944 sq ft and 4,000sq ft respectively.
David Mawson, regional managing directorat Kier Building Maintenance Ltd said: “As abuilding support services provider for One Vision Housing inSefton, it was of paramount importance that we were located withinthe Merseyside area. Aintree Building provided us with thesestrategically located premises.”
Tom Dickinson, MD at Dibro Ltd said: “Ournew premises provide us with the right size and specification. Thevalue for money and flexibility offered by Orbit were key factorsin us expanding on site. We had clear growth plans for the businessand we can now accommodate that growth.”
