Orbit Developments have unveiled plans to rebrand properties Orbit and Emerson House to City Approach.
The rebrand will be officially launched in September with an exclusive invite only event for Manchester based commercial property agents.
One of the first companies to be welcomed to the changing office development is independent broadband and telecoms provider The Fourth Utility.
The company was founded in 2014 at Orbit Developments’ Deanway Business Park in Wilmslow after identifying businesses across Greater Manchester were struggling with either high monthly broadband costs or having to work with low upload and download speeds.
Following initial success in Cheshire and South Manchester, the business soon expanded into Salford and Greater Manchester and the team grew to 7 people meaning the need for additional workspace.
The company chose to relocate the offices to Eccles due to the central location, value for money and ease of access for employees and visitors alike whether by road or public transport connections.
John Critchley, Development Director of The Fourth Utility commented on the growth and expansion of the company:
“As we’ve expanded the business, we felt a relocation was necessary to continue to provide a high-quality service with a focus on hands on customer service.”
“Basing our office in Eccles enables us to easily access customers via the motorway network and train connections and we were keen to stay with Orbit Developments as we’ve found the offices to be very presentable and affordable with flexible contracts. These are all important factors when growing a small business.”
With more businesses utilising services such as Skype and Facetime for virtual meetings and storing documents on cloud based services, it is a priority to the majority of business owners to have access to a reliable but affordable service.
The Fourth Utility created a niche in the connectivity market by providing superfast broadband and cloud based services, to businesses that would otherwise suffer from slow and unreliable internet connections.
Leasing Director of Orbit Developments, Dean Richards, commented:
‘The unique benefit of being within an Orbit Developments’ property is the opportunity to move around our portfolio as you grow your business. In Salford and Eccles alone we can provide a variety of workspace ranging from one person serviced office suites up to a self-contained building.”
“We like to build relationships with our customers and see their business grow and develop so it has been rewarding to see The Fourth Utility grow and move into larger space coinciding with their increased business activity.”
“The Fourth Utility have a fantastic business model and we wish the team all the best for the future.”
