SPORTFIVE who are an international sports marketing business and leading football specialist in the UK have signed a 10 year deal with Orbit Developments to take 6,016 sq ft of space within the newly constructed commercial retail and office building – 40 Water Lane.
SPORTFIVE are a long term customer of Alderley Edge based commercial landlord Orbit Developments and are taking space for the third time within Orbits large commercial property portfolio.
The sports marketing company took 2,150 sq ft of office space at Poplar House in 2008. Then in 2011 their business expansion led them to move to brand new, Grade A offices at 50 Alderley Road, also in Wilmslow town centre. Further growth has led them to the move to 40 Water Lane which is Orbit’s latest speculative development in Wilmslow providing a mix of retail and upper floor offices in the heart of the town.
