Souter PR has been appointed to provide support to OrbitDevelopments, Stockport’s largest commercial propertycompany.
The job is to raise awareness of the firm’s 12-strong propertyportfolio – the largest in Stockport – and its 40-year track recordof providing high quality office accommodation for a wide range ofbusinesses.
A major focus of the campaign is to showcase Orbit Developments’newly-refurbished flagship property, Regent House, off WellingtonRoad, opposite Merseyway.
It also aims to bring clarity to the launch of the company’sSKone reward card and benefits scheme, which is designed to addvalue for all Orbit Development tenants and support localindependent retailers in Stockport.
Tony Jones, Managing Director of Orbit Developments nationally,said there was a renewed focus on Stockport as a priority to helpdrive footfall in Regent House and other buildings withvacancies.

Kirsty Hall, Associate Director at Souters, said that they wouldbe working with the newly appointed marketing assistant ClaireStott to get Orbit Developments in the headlines.
