Solution Builders Limited (SBL) one of the UK’s leading providers of unified data and voice communications solutions has opened an office within Manchester’s Enterprise Zone.
The telecoms specialist works with many large corporate clients in the UK and overseas, and across many sectors. SBL is especially well known in the hospitality and retail markets, and count highprofile brands such as Corinthia Hotels, Emirates and Citroen amongits valued customer base.
SBL, which also has offices in Hampshire, was previously based in serviced offices close to Manchester Airport. Due to recentgrowth, the company has taken 1,747 sq ft of high quality, conventional office space at Orbit Developments prestigiousKingsley Hall which is located in close proximity to the airportand hub of activity. The lease is for a 5 year period.

In March 2011, the Kingsley Hall site was selected as anenterprise zone, offering lower business rates to attractinvestment in the area and stimulate the economy.
In addition, at the start of the 2014, Kingsley Hall benefited from the creation of some small and medium sized suites to theground floor of the building after a surge in demand from smalleroccupiers requiring space within the Enterprise Zone.
The entire airport vicinity has been boosted by the £800 million expansion known as Airport City which started construction in 2012and is a 12-15 year project with completion due in 2024 at theearliest. The scheme will provide on-site logistics, manufacturing,office and leisure facilities.
Manchester Airport will become the first airport in the UK to buildan airport city. In addition, the new Metrolink line to ManchesterAirport will open to passengers on Monday 3 November – more than 12months ahead of schedule.
