Solution Builders Limited (SBL) one of the UK’s leading providers of unified data and voice communications solutions has opened an office within Manchester’s Enterprise Zone.

SBL, which also has offices in Hampshire, was previously based in serviced offices close to Manchester Airport. The lease is for a 5 year period.

Chris Brassington, CEO at Solution Builders Ltd commented: “We aredelighted to be based at Kingsley Hall within Manchester’sEnterprise Zone and the benefits that come with it. Due to thenature of our business, we required high quality office spacecoupled with being located at the motorway end of the airport forease of connectivity.”

Phil Meakin, Leasing Surveyor at Orbit Developments added: “Thisletting typifies the healthy level of interest we have had in thebuilding ranging from small businesses to larger corporates.”

In March 2011, the Kingsley Hall site was selected as anenterprise zone, offering lower business rates to attractinvestment in the area and stimulate the economy.

In addition, at the start of the 2014, Kingsley Hall benefited from the creation of some small and medium sized suites to theground floor of the building after a surge in demand from smalleroccupiers requiring space within the Enterprise Zone.

The entire airport vicinity has been boosted by the £800 million expansion known as Airport City which started construction in 2012and is a 12-15 year project with completion due in 2024 at theearliest. The scheme will provide on-site logistics, manufacturing, office and leisure facilities.

Manchester Airport will become the first airport in the UK to buildan airport city. In addition, the new Metrolink line to ManchesterAirport will open to passengers on Monday 3 November – more than 12months ahead of schedule.
