Interior designer Rachel Bates is quickly becoming the ‘must-have’ name in homeware fashion and with a new collection and website recently launched, the business is looking promising to become the number one luxury interior and lifestyle brand in the UK.
Rachel Bates Interiors was founded in 2012 and operated out of Rachel’s Cheshire home. Following popular demand for Rachel’s unique designs, the business grew and in 2015 relocated to Tytherington Business Park, Macclesfield.
Today, Rachel regularly comperes industry events – most recently the Professional Publishers Association panel discussion with House & Garden, House Beautiful and Homes & Antiques magazine, her business has been featured in Cheshire Life, Livingetc and Luxury Lifestyle Magazine to name a few, and Rachel has designed her own collection of homewares which were retailed in Nina Campbell’s flagship Chelsea store.
Rachel Bates, CEO and Founder of Rachel Bates Interiors commented:
‘As my business is growing quickly, it was important that the office space I chose could be adapted to suit the expansion of my business and team. In addition, good rail & major road links located close by were essential so I can easily commute down to London or to Manchester for meetings.
‘The office also needed to allow my team to work effectively & efficiently, whilst incorporating a smart & professional showroom for both business meetings and brand & client visits. I’m pleased to say Fernbank House at Tytherington Business Park offers all these benefits and we’re very happy here.’
Tony Jones, Managing Director of Orbit Developments said:
‘We pride ourselves on providing quality space which businesses can adapt for their specific business needs. Rachel Bates Interiors office/studio combination demonstrates this perfectly and shows that whatever your requirements, it can be achieved.’
‘We love to hear about our customers’ successes and are very proud Rachel has chosen to base her business within one of our buildings. We wish her and the business all the best in the future.’
The brand is continuing to grow and after 2 years of development, ‘Rachel Bates Elegantly Curated’ was launched in November 2015.
The collection features Rachel’s own designs as well as collaborations with other leading interior design brands such as Champagne Laurent Perrier, and has led to the creation of a dedicated e-commerce website which was launched in late November 2015.
The online store features glass wear, porcelain ranges, furniture, paint collections, rugs and other interior accessories and is a one-stop luxury interiors shop. For more information visit www.rachelbatesinteriors.com.
