These offices could be constructed in two phases comprising 24,154 sq ft (2,244 sq m) and 9,602 sq ft (892 sq m).
Bolton is one of the largest towns in Greater Manchester and has a population of around 242,000, split between several smaller towns and villages including Farnworth and Westhoughton. The town centre has a great range of high street names and independent retailers, places to eat and relax.
