The Courtyard is located on Stanley Green Business Park in Handforth, a town situated between Cheadle Hulme and Wilmslow in South Manchester.

Offices at Stanley Green Business park are located in No1. & No.2 The Courtyard and are available on an all inclusive basis; which includes rent, business rates, service charge and utilities.

On-site parking is available at a ratio of 1 space per 250 sqft, and the office suites benefit from a shared kitchen facility as well as male, female and disabled WCs. Meeting rooms are available for customer use.

All current availability at No 1 & No 2, The Courtyard, Stanley Green offers suites with Small Business Rates Relief.

The offices also benefit from an external courtyard area which is available to be used by all customers. Some suites have a private door leading directly into the courtyard.

WELL CONNECTED IN THE NORTH WEST

Stanley Green Business Park is situated in East Cheshire, just 9 miles South of Manchester City Centre.

As Stanley Green is situated on the A34, many towns across the North-West are easily accessible when travelling by car.

The following are approximate drive times from The Courtyard;

  • Wilmslow – 9 minutes
  • Manchester Airport – 12 minutes
  • Stockport – 16 minutes
  • Manchester City Centre – 26 minutes

Handforth railway station is a short walk away and provides direct and frequent connections to Manchester Piccadilly (30 minutes) and  Crewe (35 minutes). Wilmslow is one stop away from Handforth where a direct service to London Euston takes just over 2 hours.
