Mansion House is prominently located on the main arterial road through Stockport. The four-storey mixed use development is made up of three upper floors of office space and a ground floor retail unit, currently occupied by The Bathstore and The Co-operative food.

Mansion House is a modern four-storey mixed use development situated along the A6 that is just a ten minute walk from Stockport train station. Regular services run regularly to London Euston (travel time approx 2 hours) and Manchester Piccadilly (travel time approx 6 minutes).

Stockport offers a fantastic range of local amenities that are found on the doorstep of Mansion House. The town is home to many independent retailers including Lord of the Pies, and Robinsons Brewery along with multiple well known brands at the Merseyway and Peel Centre. Brand new leisure development Redrock has also introduced Zizzi, The Light Cinema and Pizza Express to the town centre.

High speed broadband is currently being run out across Stockport town centre and is available at Mansion House.
