A highly prominent building overlooking the town centre
With a prominent position adjacent to the A6 at the new junction with Travis Brow; providing a direct link to J1 M60, Kingsgate looks over the M60 on to Redrock and Merseyway and is a couple of minutes' walk from these retail and leisure hubs in the town centre.

Stockport bus station is a sub 5 minute walk whilst the train station is under a 10 minute walk, or 2 minutes in a taxi.

Kingsgate offers a range of offices, with small flexible suites through to full wings. Our manned reception will greet your visitors and provide day to day assistance ensuring your focus is your business.

The office suites are under refurbishment and benefit from new carpet, blinds and LED lighting. Some suites have air conditioning and a mix of fit out that reduces your setup costs. Our smaller offices have access to shared kitchen facilities, a nearby meeting room and our all-inclusive monthly prices provide cost certainty. The building offers a good level of car parking, plus two neighbouring public car parks provide further spaces.
Overlooking Redrock, Merseyway and all that the town centre offers
The development around the train station has coincided with the strategic decision to move the towns leisure offer into a more prominent location at Redrock. Not everybody's favourite building design but by the record breaking attendances at The Light cinema it has clearly found a home. Alongside the addition of tenpin bowling lanes, various national restaurant chains and a large gym, Redrock has hugely influenced the footfall growth into the heart of the town centre.

The towns retail offer may has lost a few headline acts but a wide range of exciting new independent retailers, many in food and drink, are springing up in the Old Town marketplace, down the cobbled walks to the trendy Underbanks and are driving a social opportunity in the area. The multi award winning Wherethelightgetsin started the movement but many more additions have followed and many off the back of the reinvigoration of the Produce Hall, into an exciting new food hall offer with an expanding range of independent traders offering some great quality and great value food and drink. A catalyst for much of this change is the monthly Foodie Friday, which Orbit are proud to have been associated with. This end of the month event has become a real diary filler as a mix of food traders descend on the marketplace and welcome a growing number of visitors, with regular attendances surpassing 1,000.
