About me

I love spoiling a good walk by trying to hit a small white ball into a hole.

I follow Stockport County and have done since 1964, although I have stopped going to matches – maybe I will when they are back in the Football League – one can dream!

I love dance music and occasional trips to Ibiza with friends and bi-annual trips to Tenerife with the wife for a more relaxing holiday – well, sort of!

Office to let in Chorley
Buckshaw Parkway Office Park is adjacent to the new railway station situated on the west coast mainline operating services between Blackpool and Liverpool. The office park lies opposite the proposed mixed-use development which already includes a Tesco supermarket.

Buckshaw Parkway is one of the largest mixed-use schemes to be undertaken in the North West and features a combination of new homes, employment, retail, leisure and sporting facilities together with pubs, restaurants and a new primary school close to the established towns of Chorley and Leyland.
Buckshaw Parkway: Planning approved
This 6 acre site is allocated for commercial property use and planning permission has been obtained for a range of office buildings from 21,000 sq ft to 35,000 sq ft. At this stage plans could be amended to accommodate a purpose designed office building to meet occupiers specific requirements.

A location with fantastic potential
The development is perfectly located for business throughout the North West and beyond. Access to both the national (M6 Junction 28) and regional (M61 Junction 8) motorway network are both within a few minutes drive-time.

Buckshaw Parkway Railway station provides direct services to Preston (10 minutes), Manchester Piccadilly (45 minutes) and Manchester Airport (1 hr). The development will also be served by local bus services to the surrounding towns.
