Orbit has announced the completion of significant internal andexternal remodelling works at ParkSquare, its new urban business park in South Manchester.
This is the first major refurbishment in Greater Manchester tobe finalised this year and has dramatically transformed thebuilding, modernising it to a city centre standard. It now boasts afully remodelled, high specification reception and unique mini golfexperience; the office suites have also been fully refurbished, tooffer air conditioned and raised floors and an occupancy level of1:6 sq m.
