Over 50 key members of the South Manchester office agencyfraternity joined Orbit Developments on 12th April 2011 to showcasethe completion of extensive internal and external remodelling worksat South Manchester’s latest landmark business park development,Park Square, Bird Hall Lane in Cheadle, Stockport.
The agents, from graduates to senior partners were eager to seethe completion of the first major redevelopment in GreaterManchester this year. Changes to the development include a highspecification reception, modernised to a city centre standard,including full DDA provision and a unique 9-hole golfexperience.
On the day agents had a tour of the development which included aselection of the refurbished 110,000 sq ft of office space as wellas the leisure complex which houses a sports hall, its own on-siterestaurant and conferencing facility which can cater for over 150people.
The agents relished the opportunity to practise their golfingskills both on the indoor simulator and 9 hole putting course;Jonathan Baucher of Cushman & Wakefield wonthe longest drive competition with an impressive 278 yards, whilstConrad O’Neill and Phil Meakinwon nearest the pin and the putting challenge competitions.
