ORBIT STRIVES FORWARD IN STOCKPORT

Beckwith House in Stockport, owned and managed by OrbitDevelopments, has secured three new office tenants, Strive SupplyChain Management Recruitment, Soroptimist International GreatBritain and Ireland (SIGBI) Limited and Reed Specialist Recruitment- taking the company’s recent lettings to an impressive 3,000 sq ftat the Stockport property.

Having both sold their properties in the town to move toBeckwith House, Strive Supply Chain Management Recruitment hastaken 1,000 sq ft on the 2nd floor and SIGBI has taken807 sq ft – both have signed five year leases.

Reed Specialist Recruitment has moved into Beckwith Houseafter taking a five year lease on 1,000 sq ft on the recentlyre-configured 8th floor.

Orbit refurbished the 8th floor to meet demand forsmaller, quality suites in the centre of Stockport. Requirementsfrom as little as 516 sq ft can now be easily accommodated in therefurbished suites.
