Orbit Spaces has unveiled its latest workspace, District, located in the heart of Manchester at 55 King Street.
This new addition brings together coworking areas, meeting rooms and a flexible event venue, responding to rising demand from Manchester organisations seeking high‑quality, adaptable office space in a prime city‑centre setting.
District introduces a dedicated coworking zone, two fully equipped meeting rooms and a multi‑purpose event area, giving members and guests more choice in how they work, collaborate and host.
The coworking hub provides seating for up to 20 people, complemented by private call booths, relaxed breakout seating and complimentary refreshments, including a premium coffee machine.
Two meeting rooms are available; The boardroom which can hold up to 7 participants, and a larger space which can host 12 in a variety of layouts. Each space includes full AV, acoustic panels, large screens and everything needed for presentations or video calls.
The event space, which connects directly to the coworking hub, can accommodate 20–30 attendees for networking sessions, team updates or informal gatherings.
Kieran Jones, co‑founder of Orbit Spaces, said: “It matters to us that we create environments that both local businesses and our existing clients can benefit from. Expanding into Manchester city centre, within the landmark building at 55 King Street, allows us to do exactly that. It’s a chance to showcase what makes Orbit Spaces special to an even wider audience.”
The District concept builds on Orbit Spaces already established offering, with flexible coworking and meeting room space in Bolton, Stockport and Warrington.
