Orbit Developments welcomes media occupier to Barlow House

Orbit Developments, on behalf of Edge Wear Properties, has let5,646 sq ft of office space to digital agency Net Search Media atBarlow House, just off Portland Street in the heart of Manchestercity centre.

Net Search Media who specialise in online marketing includingSEO, social media and web design have amalgamated a number ofoffices in the Greater Manchester area. The agency has merged itsdivisions into one city centre office which will accommodateapproximately 50 staff.

James Raspin, leasing surveyor at Orbit Developments, commented:”We are pleased to welcome Net Search Media to Barlow House. Theyare a fast growing company who will benefit from the buildingsproximity to Piccadilly Gardens, mainline train stations, metrolink and amenities, when bringing together a number of offices andstaff.”
