Orbit Developments has welcomed the arrival and opening of thenew exclusive Stratstone Ferrari and Maserati garage to Wilmslow,Cheshire. The Stratstone automotive group has invested £1.1 millionin a brand new, state of the art dealership and service centre atDeanway Technology Centre letting a total of 5,051 sq ft from OrbitDevelopments.
The new showroom provides high end space which creates a relaxedenvironment for customers so they enjoy their purchase experience.The showroom has capacity to showcase up to 20 new and usedFerraris and Maseratis at any one time. Customers at thedealership’s recent launch had the exclusive opportunity to viewthe 458 Spider which will not be released by Ferrari until summer2012.
Stratstone, part of the Pendragon Group, chose to relocate fromUpper Brook Street, Manchester, to Deanway Technology Centre,Wilmslow, so they could be closer to their client base.

The dealership opened at the end of September and has created 22new jobs at its new Wilmslow base.
