Orbit Developments welcomes CLM Associates to Gawsworth House

CLM Associates, a business training and Microsoft academy haverelocated to one of Crewe’s landmark office buildings, OrbitDevelopments’ Gawsworth House on Crewe Business Park. CLM haveacquired 2,776 sqft, on the ground floor on a flexible leasedesigned around the client’s specific requirements.

CLM offer apprenticeships and I.T training which providesorganisations with the training and support to grow and improveyoung people’s skills. They specialise in apprenticeships, workbased learning and college provisions.

Since the departure of previous tenant DIY Focus in 2010,Gawsworth House has seen significant investment from OrbitDevelopments and has undergone substantial refurbishment worksacross three floors and to the reception area. The offices are nowcomplete and ready to occupy.
