Orbit Developments have welcomed Richardson Mail Solicitors toone of their Sale properties, Stamford House, located in the heartof the town centre.

The legal firm have taken 2,023 sq ft of office space on a 5year lease after recent expansion. Richardson Mail Solicitorsspecialise in wills, probate, conveyancing, a broad spectrum ofcivil litigation and reclaiming compensation on behalf of clientswho have been mis-sold payment protection insurance.

Stamford House is Richardson Mail’s new base after merging theirtwo offices with currently 25 employees into one single office withfurther staff expansion imminent. The solicitors were formerlybased across two locations: Bruntwood’s Station House in Altrinchamand Washway Road in Sale.
