It is the second significant Park Square deal Orbit has signedin as many weeks after it doubled the amount of officeaccommodation let to Jacobs Engineering. The US-owned consultancyincreased its floor space to 22,500 sq ft, taking over the entire2nd floor at Park Square.

Tony Jones, Managing Director of Orbit Developments comments,”This significant letting demonstrates the unique appeal we offeras Stockport’s local landlord to businesses seeking the rightoffice space for their individual requirements.

He continued: With ownership of over 400,000 sq ft of officespace in the town, we pride ourselves on establishing goodrelationships with our existing customer base and offer tailoredoffice solutions to new customers ensuring we meet budgetrequirements. We have witnessed significant letting activity inStockport over the last six months and this is testament to thebespoke solutions we provide.
