Orbit Developments has secured a new 5 year deal with Unicom whoare taking 5,627 sq ft at Barlow House, Manchester city centre.
Unicom were previously located at 18-22 Mosley Street anotherOrbit property and have recently gone through a period of rapidexpansion. Due to entering the electricity market via a co-brandedagreement with SSE and creating 40 more jobs, the company requiredlarger yet affordable prime city centre office space. Unicom willbe based on the 5th floor at Barlow House.
Barlow House is located just off Portland Street in the heart ofManchester city centre and has recently benefitted from on-goinginvestment whilst a newly created small suite scheme has beencreated to provide flexible space more suited to the burgeoning SMEmarket in central Manchester. The smaller suite scheme is availableon a new flexible “all inclusive” package at £26 psf. Thishas already proved to be a popular initiative and is alreadygenerating an increased level of interest in the suites that aredue for completion by the middle of July.
