Orbit Developments secures 5,215 sq ft at landmark Parkway Business Centre

Orbit Developments has secured a 5,215 sq ft letting to aleading UK-based consultancy business Edenhouse Solutions Ltd atParkway Business Centre, conveniently located on the fringe ofManchester city centre.

Following the acquisition of Manchester-based Maven Solutions,Edenhouse has been on a drive to recruit the most skilled SAPconsultants in the region. The current and future growth required anew Manchester office, and a move from their current Hyde base. Thenew regional office at Parkway 4, Parkway Business Centre, providesthe business with the facilities for growth and will also create anenjoyable and positive working environment for all of the staffbased there.

The iconic business park has benefitted from a recent £500,000investment from landlord Orbit Developments particularly in twolandmark buildings within the park – Parkway 2 and Parkway 4. Theworks were completed in September and included high specificationimprovements to the reception areas, common areas and the creationof some small managed offices suitable for 1 person upwards. Allworks are now complete and the offices are ready to occupy.

Paul McCudden, Director of Edenhouse commented: “As a successfuland growing business we wanted to find an office which was centralbut also easily accessible to our current and future employees.Parkway Business Centre is ideally located, has secure on-site carparking, a professional landscaped environment and an on-site caféfor our staff”.

Another benefit is that Orbit Developments were able to turn ourrequirement around in a very short space of time. The letting fromstart to exchange took around 2 ½ weeks.
