Orbit Developments has secured a deal totaling 6,009 sq ft ofoffice space to Crewe firm Crystal Legal Services Ltd at GawsworthHouse, Crewe. This letting follows the recent deal of 2,776 sq ftto business training academy, CLM Associates in May this year,meaning the ground floor of this building is now fully let.

Crystal Legal Services specialise in financial servicesmis-selling such as mis-sold PPI claims and personal injury claimsfor their clients on a no win no fee basis. The company was foundedin 2009 and now employs 46 people in the Crewe area.

Since the departure of previous tenant Focus DIY in October2011, Orbit Developments have invested heavily in substantialrefurbishment works improving the reception, stairwells and theoverall quality of the office accommodation. In excess of £300,000has been spent across the building whilst keeping rentscompetitive.
