Orbit Developments has let 2,912 sq ft of business unit space toUS machine tool manufacturer, Climax Portable Machine ToolsInc.

The US business which specialises in portable machine tools andvalve lapping & grinding and welding products chose to locateto Unit 10, Heather Close located on Lyme Green Retail &Business Park after an extensive search to find suitableaccommodation to base their first ever UK sales, rental and serviceoffice.
