Stockport’s largest commercial property landlord,Orbit Developments, has launched a new reward scheme for itscustomers located in Stockport town centre, to give them extrabenefits and encourage them to support independent localbusinesses.

The SKone card is being rolled out to all stafflocated in Orbit Developments’ 12 centralStockport buildings, which enables them to benefit from discountsand special offers from over 40 companies in thearea.

The card has been welcomed by Stockport companieswith a variety of discounts and special offers being put forwardfor the initiative. Customers can take advantage of deals frompopular retailers in the town such as Metro Gym, Soap Hairdressingand Direct Dry Cleaners as well as speciality shops like WonderlandCakes and Himalayas Tea.

As well as the reward card, the initiative allowscustomers free access to the SKone hub in the recently refurbishedflagship Stockport building, Regent House. The modern and brightbusiness lounge provides free Wi-Fi facilities and refreshments toenable Orbit Developments customers to host informal meetings in aflexible space whenever required. Alongside the SKone hub, freemeeting rooms are also available to customers, providing additionalspace for formal meetings to take place in a traditional andprivate setting.

The Orbit sites included in the scheme are RegentHouse, Beckwith House, Mansion House, Wellington House, GrosvenorHouse, Crossley House, Hillgate Court, Applicon House, CirtekHouse, Highbank House, Pathshire House and No. 1 St. Peter’sSquare.
