Orbit Developments have secured global insurance company W.R.Berkley Insurance (Europe) Ltd at its Grade A office building, 55King Street.
The letting of 1,800 sq ft takes the remainder of the3rd floor following the letting of 8,997 sq ft toManchester based architects, Fairhurst Design Group last year.

55 King Street is now fully let except the 6th floorwhich is currently undergoing a significant refurbishment program.Works are expected to complete in February and will offer Grade Aspecification offices, consisting of small office suites from 187sq ft up to larger suites of 3,272 sq ft.
