Orbit Developments attract tenants to Kingsley Hall, Manchester Airport

Orbit Developments has let two suites totalling 1,555 sq ft toManchester law firm Law By Design and Ipors Real Estate at KingsleyHall, Manchester Airport.

Law By Design who are a newly created legal firm launched inFebruary of this year, are relocating to their new base at KingsleyHall within Manchester’s Enterprise Zone.

Ipors Real Estate provides insurance solutions for residential,commercial property investors, owners, landlord associations,accreditation schemes, letting agents and property mangers.

Kingsley Hall is an impressive grade A, 3-storey landmark officebuilding which benefits from being located within Manchester’sEnterprise Zone, a government led initiative. The scheme launchedin April 2012 and was created to stimulate business growth andbring financial incentives to businesses moving into the zoneincluding business rate discounts.

The building has also benefitted from a recent investmentincluding the creation of small-mid range office suites availableto let on flexible lease terms.
