Orbit Developments is pleased to announce that Automatic DataProcessing Limited (ADP) have signed up to take 21,500 sq ft inSouthgate One, Southgate Business Park in Cheadle.

ADP is one of the world’s largest providers of businessoutsourcing and human capital management solutionsproviding services including; tax, payroll and talent management.They have over 60 year’s industry experience and currently serveclients in over 125 countries.

ADP have remained within the Orbit portfolio for over 15 yearsand they have expanded several times and our currently relocatingfrom No.1 Peters Square in Stockport. Due to their successes theyrequired a significant expansion from their 8,100 sq ft officebuilding to 21,500 sq ft at Southgate. ADP wished to remain withinthe Stockport area as it suited their business requirements. OrbitDevelopments have a wide property portfolio and could thereforeoffer ADP bespoke office solutions at Southgate One.  ADP areexpected to move into their new offices in early September aftersubstantial refurbishment works to the exterior and internal areashave been completed.
