Earlier this month Orbit welcomed existing tenannt Opteven UK into their newly expanded office space at The Square, Birchwood, Warrington.
Having outgrown their previous office within the building, the Opteven team were ready to take the next step.
We caught up with Neil Mobey, Head of Operations at Opteven, to hear more about their experience working with Orbit Developments so far:
Can you tell us a bit about Opteven and what you do?
Opteven are a European leader in warranty and mechanical breakdown services. With over 40 years of experience, our mission is to help people with their mobility – facilitating travel and helping them take care of their cars.
What’s your favourite thing about working here so far?
The location is very useful for transport links, giving access to our international colleagues as well as great local amenities.
What was the moving process like for you?
Our expansion was a simple process. We already occupied half of the floor, which we had outgrown. Because our teams can work remotely when needed, we were able to stay fully operational throughout the works.
How does the new space support the way your team works day-to-day?
The expanded operational area gives the team more room and less noise – but just as importantly, the breakout area provides a great space to relax or even work from if they choose.
How has your experience been with Tyler Costello MRICS and the Orbit Developments team?
The whole team are very knowledgeable and supportive, reacting quickly and effectively to any issues that arise.
