Private rented sector and urban regeneration specialists Sigma Capital Group plc have committed to 2,391 sq ft of office space at Orbit Developments’ No 1 St. Ann Street in Manchester City Centre.
The PRS arm of the company is currently managing the development of over 900 new homes across Greater Manchester and Liverpool in a joint venture worth over £100m. The AIM listed companies relocation to 1 St Ann Street provides the business with additional workspace to facilitate future growth as the PRS market in Manchester continues to mature.
The area of the business specialising in regeneration works closely with local authorities and private sector companies to enable them to work together more efficiently. Most recently, projects have been undertaken for Salford City Council and Liverpool City Council.

Idom Merebrook specialise in providing bespoke teams of engineers and scientists to provide technical expertise and insight on projects being implemented across Europe in varying sectors such as nuclear, aviation and construction.
The company identified Manchester as a region with potential growth opportunities in 2013 and opened serviced offices in the city centre to support their existing North-Western client base in addition to developing business with new customers.
Within 3 years, the company made the Manchester office home to many services including mechanical and electrical engineering, transport planning, geo-environmental and civil-engineering and nuclear UK. As a result of business growth, Idom Merebrook outgrew the serviced offices on Peter Street yet remained committed to staying in Manchester City Centre.
