Screwfix have opened a new branch in Irlam after securing alease of a 4,852 sq.ft unit at Orbit Development’s FairhillsBusiness Park.

Screwfix are the UK’s leading supplier of online tools,accessories and hardware products. With their HQ based in Yeovil,Somerset the hardware suppliers required a West Manchester branchin addition to their Trafford Park, Manchester and Stockportoutlets.

Fairhills Business Park is ideally located, sandwiched betweenWarrington and Trafford Park and directly opposite a large TescoExtra; providing an ideal location for passing trade. The Fairhillsbusiness units have recently benefitted from extensiverefurbishment works. Two units remain available to let, which arejust under

5,000 sq.ft each. The business park benefits from excellentprominence adjacent to a popular consumer destination.
