Stockport’s largest commercial property landlord, OrbitDevelopments, has undertaken a stylish refurbishment of itsreception at its flagship building Regent House.
Orbit Developments called upon the expertise of workplaceinterior design specialists ADT, who were tasked with creating afresh, modern and inviting reception area for the 103,000 sq ftbuilding.
The spacious reception now contains bright colours, moderncomfortable furniture and lighting, and presents a welcoming spacefor staff and visitors in the building.

The revamp follows on from the introduction of the SKone rewardcard, which was launched in September for its customers located inStockport town centre, to give them extra benefits and encouragethem to use independent local businesses.
As part of the SKone scheme, tenants at Orbit Developments’ 12central Stockport locations also have access to The Hub in RegentHouse. The bright, modern business lounge provides free wi-fifacilities and refreshments and the chance for customers to hostinformal meetings in a flexible space whenever required. Alongsidethe hub, there are also free meeting rooms for formal meetings in atraditional and private setting.
