Three new companies have moved into Orbit’s newly refurbishedRegent House offices and one new business has chosen Beckwith Houseas its North West office in the last few months.
The recent burst of leasing activity in two of Stockport’sleading commercial properties will see 3,287 sq ft taken up in arange of flexible deals.
The firm looks after over 300,000 sq ft of commercial space inthe town and is the largest landlord in Stockport centre.
Lending comparison operation A2Z Loans, Secure Solutions,Accenda, DCB Consultants and Right Advice have all taken space inRegent House while leading UK homecare company Prestige Nursing hasmoved into Beckwith House.
In a separate move Innovate Healthcare Management Group hasexpanded from the Emerson Business Centre in Regent House intomanaged offices in the same building.

Prestige Nursing has 45 offices across the UK. The Stockportoperation is one of five in the North West. Jane Hancock, Head ofBranch Operations, said that Beckwith ticked all the boxes for thefirm: “It provides convenient space, with good access for ourpeople and plenty of facilities.”
