Stockport’s largest commercial property landlord, OrbitDevelopments, has secured four new deals at its Mansion Housesite.
The new occupiers will make the most of the building’s highquality refurbished offices on Wellington Road which are let onall-inclusive short term and conventional lease terms.
Leading training provider Ingeus UK has committed to a 1,150 sqft space for the next three years, with a new office for the townand space also taken in Rochdale and Wigan, all to servelocally-won contracts. The firm has taken on four new staffmembers, with two employees also relocating from other offices.
Ingeus UK helps the long-term unemployed to find lasting jobsand also works with UK companies of all sizes to aid them in theirattempts to attract and retain staff. The business runstraineeships, apprenticeships and pre-employment training,supporting learners aiming to achieve qualifications.
Remploy, a leading provider of disability employment services,is another new arrival at Mansion House. Remploy helps to find workfor disabled people and those experiencing complex barriers toentering mainstream employment.
Three Remploy staff members will make use of the 400 sq ft spaceover a five-year period.
Flexible deals have also been provided to Universal Outdoors(AC) Ltd, taking a 792 sq ft suite and TLD Wealth Management takinga 1065 sq ft suite, both located on the first floor of thebuilding. The potential to grow within Orbit’s Stockport portfolioand the flexible deals provided made Mansion House a perfectsolution for both businesses.
Orbit also helped to source the furniture for Universal Outdoors(AC) Ltd and secured delivery and installation so that the wholemove was completed within two weeks of the initial enquiry.
Universal Outdoors (AC) Ltd will benefit from state-of-the-artInternet access, faster download and upload speeds and cheaperdeals, thanks to Orbit’s partnership with Metronet (UK), one of thecountry’s most advanced Internet Service Providers.
Orbit has taken full advantage of a government-run DigitalVoucher Scheme and teamed up with Metronet to cover theinstallation costs. Occupiers can benefit from the scheme whichallows customers to seek £3,000 of the capital costs of installingbroadband technology that offers speeds of at least 30MB.
All of Orbit’s twelve town centre properties are now eligiblefor the voucher scheme.
