Costa Coffee at Middlebrook reopened on Thursday, October 24, following a major expansion and refurbishment that added 1,000 square feet to the store and six new team members. The café, which temporarily closed on September 15 for renovations, now offers a more spacious and modern environment for its customers.
The expansion comes amid a surge of new dining options in the Middlebrook area over the past 18 months, including popular chains like Five Guys, Wingstop, and Las Iguanas, as well as local favourite Carrs Pasties. Costa’s upgraded space aims to meet growing customer demand and enhance the bustling local food scene.
