Award winning Metro Rod, part of the Enserve Group have beentrading for over 25 years and holds key accounts with leading highstreet names such as BUPA, Next, Four Seasons Health Care and JDWetherspoon’s. Metro Rod chose Ashwood Court, part of theTytherington Business Park estate as their new UK headquartersafter outgrowing their original premises in Macclesfield towncentre.

This letting closely follows the recent deal comprising of 2,895sq ft to leading internet technology company vee24 after they chosePinewood Court, Tytherington Business Park as their North Westbase.
