Lovell Homes join Orbit Developments’ office space in Warrington

Lovell Homes, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Morgan Sindall Group, are moving into Innovation House, which was the last of Orbit Developments available office space in the prestigious Daten Park development in Birchwood, Warrington.

The established estate consists of 7 self-contained office buildings, and is already home to Stantec, Bilfinger Engineering, Grundfos, Eriks, Wain Group and RS Integrated Supply.

Tyler Costello, Senior Portfolio Surveyor at Orbit Developments commented, “We are pleased to secure such a great company within our Warrington office portfolio. Aside from their locational considerations, Lovell Homes also had a strong focus on ESG. Through our joined-up approach we will see many enhancements to the building to help them achieve their environmental goals. This includes expanding the electric vehicle charge point provision and facilitating a comprehensive refurbishment of the building to include energy efficient M & E throughout. It will be great to see them thriving in their new regional office”.
