James Walker to relocate to Gawsworth House

Orbit Developments are delighted to announce the2nd floor of 9,270 sq ft at Gawsworth House on CreweBusiness Park has been let to global manufacturing company JamesWalker, on a 10 year lease.

James Walker, who supply a vast range of high performance fluidsealing products to a variety of industries, will be relocating inJune from their 2 storey, self-contained building at No.1Millennium Gate to Orbit’s adjacent building Gawsworth House;offering them a more efficient work space across one floor in amanaged building environment.

Since the departure of previous tenant Focus DIY in October2011, Orbit Developments have invested heavily in substantialrefurbishment works;  improving the reception, stairwells andthe overall quality of the office accommodation. In excess of£300,000 has been spent across the building and has subsequentlyseen significant activity with the ground floor being fully let toCrystal Legal Services Ltd and CLM Associates.

Paul McLeman, Leasing Director at Orbit Developments commented:”We have seen a real demand for Gawsworth House since therefurbishment programme completed in 2012. The last remaining first floor at Gawsworth House is availablefrom suites of 3,118 sq ft or the whole floor can be taken at 9,150sq ft.
