Negotiation.
A difficult professional skill to master, especially if it is outside of your comfort zone. However, it is both essential and beneficial to you and your business to master this particular skillset. The importance that building your confidence in negotiation can lead to improved conflict resolution, building relationships, communication and problem-solving with both your staff, customers and supply chain.
This month at The Business Club, our main speaker will be Martin Cleworth, a former Chief Super Intendant of the Cheshire Police Constabulary who has seen first-hand the benefits of honing your negotiation skills to better influence people and, ultimately, your desired outcome.
Martin, now a Negotiating & Crisis Management consultant with over 20 years’ experience as a police crisis negotiator, will bring these skills and experience to members of The Business Club. During this event, Martin will explain how to develop your ability to influence others, help deal with difficult conversations, challenge individuals and exert greater influence.
Join Orbit Developments, Harts Limited and North Cheshire Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday 21st June at Hollin House Hotel from 11:45am – 2pm for the next meeting of The Business Club.
Attendees of the event will enjoy a delicious lunch, hear from both Martin Cleworth and 2 Spotlight Speakers, before swapping tables at the halfway point to enjoy their dessert with a new table of local professionals – giving you plenty of opportunities for networking.
