Established in 1999, Fourth was the brain child of serial restaurateurs Derek and Edwina Lilley for hospitality professionals. The duo were acutely aware of the fragmented nature of the hospitality sector and developed a variety of software products that could help these businesses gain maximum control over their two key costs – labour and stock.
