Steve Thompson, Managing Director at Forward Role commented:

‘We’ve got a unique approach to service, with values focussed on ethical practice, high levels of expert industry knowledge and building client relationships with a focus on personality and trust.’

‘As a result, one of our biggest sources of new business this year was through referral, which is phenomenal in a traditionally sales led industry. I got a call from the CEO of a FTSE company recently via word of mouth recommendation and that’s the best feedback we can ever receive!’

‘Our new offices have been designed to create a great space for our staff to work and socialise in. We used Arena Creative, who worked on AO.com’s new offices to help us develop the concepts for the space and the result has a real wow factor for staff and clients.’

‘It’s a space that will allow us to attract and retain the best talent in the market and have a great time along the way.’

‘The small office scheme available at The Courtyard provides flexible leases from a commitment of 1 year upwards and enables small businesses to make the transition into office premises.’

‘It’s fantastic to be able to support new businesses and see them grow with us, as Forward Role have done. Their new offices and fit-out reflect the values of the business perfectly. We wish them all the best for the future.’
