Eddisons in new office move

The Manchester office of national firm of Chartered SurveyorsEddisons has relocated to new offices in the city.

The firm which employs 40 people in Manchester has moved fromits existing premises on Tib Lane, which it has occupied for 7years, in favour of newly refurbished offices on the 6thfloor of 55, King Street.

Anthony Spencer, Director of Eddisons said: ‘Our success overrecent years means we have out grown our current office.

‘This new location provides a far better working environment forboth staff and clients and with over 3,600 sq ft of space willfacilitate future expansion.’

James Raspin, Surveyor at Orbit Developments who acted on behalfof the landlord commented: ‘We are delighted Eddisons has chosenthe 6th floor at 55 King Street as their new Manchesteroffice.

‘We have just completed an extensive refurbishment of the floor,which has created modern high specification offices with greatviews across the city’s sky line’.
