UK’s largest air service provider dnata relocate office to Kingsley Hall

Orbit Developments have welcomed dnata, the UK’s largest air service provider, to the Kingsley Hall Office complex close to Manchester Airport taking 2,530 sq ft.

dnata is one of two key divisions within The Emirates Group and provides a comprehensive range of integrated ground and cargo services to over 60 airlines in the UK alone including Manchester Airport and London Heathrow.

The specialist airline services company is the fourth largest combined air service provider in the world serving 131 airports and 402 airlines globally with freight and baggage handling services, aircraft cleaning, loading and offloading, cargo warehousing, security handling and customs management assistance.

Stacey Shortall, Senior Vice President for UK Regions and Ireland at dnata commented on the relocation:

Whilst the majority of the business specialises in cargo, dnata also has an extensive Ground Handling and transportation services, it also provides a comprehensive range of customer facing services to improve passenger experiences assisting over 220k passengers per day with check-in and boarding processes, ticketing and gate management and VIP handling.

dnata has consistently won awards for its exceptional service including Ground Handler of the Year, Best Air Cargo Terminal Operator in Europe and Best Corporate and Airline Caterer awards in 2016 and 2017 alone.
