The UK’s favourite and largest coffee house Costa Coffee is set to open a 2,500 sq ft coffee shop at Cheadle Hulme Shopping Centre, which is owned and managed by South Manchester landlord Orbit Developments.
Costa Coffee Ltd are due to open at the end of October and have taken a 10 year lease. The chain has over 1,755 stores and 3,000 Costa Express machines in the UK alone, making Costa the fastest growing coffee shop business in the UK and the second largest coffee shop operator in the world.
Cheadle Hulme Shopping Centre has served the local community for more than 40 years and currently has a multitude of tenants such as ASDA, Co-op Travel and reputable Monkhouse’s who offer a range of school wear and sportswear.
Costa Coffee were attracted to the shopping centre due to the retail unit’s prominent location fronting directly on Station Road,plus the additional benefit of 3 hours free parking for customers.
