Cheadle based promotions company Bo-Concepts have been tenderlynurturing their business over the last 12 months and have beendescribed as a ‘breath of fresh air’ during the recent recession.Based at Orbit Developments’ Sovereign House in the heart of thevillage, sales are up 95% with a turnover of £1.1 million in thelast 12 months. They have forecast to double in turnover in thenext year with margins remaining constant. This success hasbeen a result of a variety of new initiatives focusing onoperational processes, financial management, recruitment andmarketing of services, striving to ensure that they do it betterand truly differentiate their brand from their competitors. Therehas been a great emphasis on Leadership and Motivation and throughthe coaching and development of their people, they have empoweredthem to become a truly high performing team.
Bo-Concepts mission is ‘we bring space to life’ by generatingrevenue for both local and national town/city centres throughpromotional space management. They work with smallindependent traders through to Blue Chip Organisations such asBSKYB and E.ON Utilities. Bo-Concepts have worked closely withCheadle & Marple College on supporting apprentices and givingthem the chance to flourish in a company that has such great workethics. Bo-Concepts are proud to also recognise their role insocial responsibility and are actively seeking to build an alliancewith a local charity. Their aim is to release a member of theirteam into the community to regularly participate in charitableevents.
They have recently seen the launch of their brand new InnovationStation which is decorated in a unique ‘garden theme’ with picnicbenches, giant flowers, astro turf and bean bags.
